Day Adventure – White Water Rafting on the Yarra River

Enjoy a sense of adventure as you learn to paddle a two person raft down rapids on the beautiful Yarra river near Warrandyte, combining reflection time and a sense of fun.

You will paddle through stunning mini gorges and valleys filled with native bush land and wildlife. It will feel as though you are in a completely remote location, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The river is fantastic all year round and especially throughout the winter months with higher rainfall and bigger rapids.

Where: Homestead Rd to Wittons Reserve or Jumping Creek.
Challenge Level: Fun Grade 1 and 2 rapids, expect a small splash
Duration: 10am-2.30pm
What to bring: Warm change of clothes, wool or fleece top and shoes that can get wet.
Meet at: Lower Homestead Rd Wonga Park, Yarra River car park
