Programs Overview
Therapeutic Outdoor Adventures
Flow Outdoors offer a facilitated, intentional space for adventure within which to grow, learn, share and have a bit of fun. On all of our programs you can expect to be invited to participate in activities that connect you to nature and to other people, to move your body in mindful ways, to be quiet and to be active in the outdoors.
Everything we offer is an invitation, and we look forward to co-creating the journey with you and other women. We hope you discover something new about yourself and gain a sense of achievement, we know we are always learning and growing ourselves through these experiences.

Overnight Journeys
Due to COVID-19 we are limiting our overnight journeys to the Wilsons Prom Base camp where people use their own tent (or hire one of ours) and drive themselves to the starting location. We are able to offer other trips for groups of people that live together. When restrictions have eased we will be able to offer transport to the location. If you are interested please make sure you sign up to our newsletter or contact us to let us know what you are interested in.
Our overnight journeys enable you the time and space to explore and go a bit deeper, more time to connect and reflect and being away from the everyday allows you to sink into what is most important and to be present with yourself.
Enjoy rafting or hiking over a number of days, ranging from overnight trips to 5 day expeditions. Sleep under the stars, share stories and music around the campfire and enjoy the thrill of negotiating your way through exciting rapids or hiking through incredible scenery. Participate in Yoga, mindfulness and connections with self, others and the natural world.

Community Programs
Flow Outdoors loves to work with community groups, organisations and agencies to codesign and deliver outdoor adventure therapy programs for the women that you work with. These programs range from half days all the way through to a series of half and full day programs and a journey.
Agencies:
Talk to us about what we can offer with your existing funding or discretionary funds or work with us to apply for other grant programs to further support the women you are working with. We can provide alternative therapeutic options for women which build the community and their capacity.
NDIS:
If you are plan managed or self managed with your NDIS we can work with you if you have funding under social and community participation, improved daily living or short term accommodation you may be eligible to attend a day program with us.
At this stage we don’t have dates for specific NDIS funded places so please register your interest and let us know what type of trip you would be interested in and let us know. When we get the numbers for a day trip (around 8) we will get in touch.
